The twitch version of the Little Claw will do things that no other crank bait will do. Its best triggering move is the way it will turn to one side in front of a following fish. This is accomplished by ripping the bait forward with a sidearm jerk . After the bait has accelerated forward the slack causes the lure to turn rather than fight the diving bill. We have watched Muskies just CRUSH this lure during the pause  between rips.  We consider the twitch version to be  a sub-surface lure meaning it will stay just under the surface. Some will run a little deeper from 2 to 3 feet and by adding lead weight it becomes a countdown twitcher. It is constructed of .475 thick custom cut oak. This wood is heavy and  one of the reasons this lure works like it does. The weight keeps it under for a longer period of time (suspends) instead of quickly rising back to the surface. This extra time lets you work it slower over weeds and wood without the lure returning to the surface like balsa or cedar baits. Great fishermen like Dahlberg and Petros have written articles about adding weight to crankbaits to make them suspend even grinding diving lips down. We feel the Little Claw twitch version does what these men were looking for . It acts very erratic, suspends and catches big fish!!.  The twitch version is best fished in 10 feet of water or less however several very good Muskies have been caught using them over open water on Indianas Lake Webster.  Little Claws are available in 24 colors of airbrushed acrylic and feature Envirotec epoxy clear coats. Hooks are 1/0 2x laser sharp, split rings are #5 heavy stainless steel  and screw eyes are .072 stainless steel.  The Little Claw twitcher is a casting lure and was not designed for motor trolling. This lure is a lot of fun to fish and proves to be one of the best sub-surface twitchbaits ever built.          FISHALL LURES
